We offer a variety of programs suitable for every learning type and level. Whether you want to master the meal or simply chop a few veggies and relax, we've got you covered. Chose from one of our predesigned menu options. We provide the ingredients and you provide the people power.  Our classes are designed to give you the skills and the knowledge you need to create a delicious meal at home. Sip and Sauté

First: Local shucked oyster with traditional and non-traditional garnishes

Second: Black sea bass ceviche or Bluefish Pate With Homemade crackers 

Main: Seasonal sustainable catch (changes with what’s available at the time)
