We will go over dates, party size, and menu options

We offer a variety of programs suitable for every learning type and level. Whether you want to master the meal or simply chop a few veggies or relax, we've got you covered. Chose from one of our predesigned menu options or something you've been dying to try, but aren't sure how. Our classes are designed to give you the skills and the knowledge you need to create a delicious meal at home. For families, groups of friends, couples or individuals. New England Summer

Celebrate summertime in New England

Starter:

Local oysters or littleneck clams

Main: 

Hot or cold lobster rolls, corn on the cob, potato salad

Dessert:

Seasonal dessert

Sip and Sauté

Your meal choice paired with wine

Options include:

Bone-in Ribeye 

Red wine sauce/Blue cheese and mushroom sauce

Potatoes lyonnaise 


Seared Airline Chicken Breast

Herb Lavender jus 

Slow roasted Carrots 

Israeli couscous


Island Rose Signature Pork Chop

Roasted new potatoes

Parsnip Purée

Local Whole Baked Sea Bass 

Chimichurri

Wild rice pilaf 

Blistered Vegetables


All options finish with a Chocolate soufflé 

Sea to Table

Cook with local seafood

Locally caught and harvested Seafood 


First: Local shucked oyster with traditional and non-traditional garnishes 

Pickled mustard seeds, Chili oil, Lemon, Horseradish, Cocktail sauce, Champagne vinegar mignonette 


Second: Black sea bass ceviche or Bluefish Pate With Homemade crackers 


Main: Seasonal sustainable catch (changes with what’s available at the time)
