We offer a variety of programs suitable for every learning type and level. Whether you want to master the meal or simply chop a few veggies or relax, we've got you covered. Chose from one of our predesigned menu options or something you've been dying to try, but aren't sure how. Our classes are designed to give you the skills and the knowledge you need to create a delicious meal at home. For families, groups of friends, couples or individuals. During this class we will learn the fundamentals of making pasta from scratch. We will use the traditional Italian method of flour and egg whisking and roll out the dough. We will use our pasta rollers to make professional looking noodles. We can flavor the pasta with different option for example, herbed pasta, spinach pasta or mushroom pasta.
During this class we will learn how to make our own corn tortillas, press them out and prepare our fillings. We will prepare delicious toppings and fillings. This recipe is sure to become a weeknight staple.

Second: Black sea bass ceviche or Bluefish Pate With Homemade crackers
Main: Seasonal sustainable catch (changes with what’s available at the time)
